Privacy policy

Xainvault may process account information, workspace membership, imported skill packages, metadata, connection settings, operational events and feedback messages needed to run and improve the service.

Data is used to provide the vault, approval, collection, access and agent-connection workflows requested by users and workspace administrators.

Imported skills and related assets are treated as private workspace content. Access is controlled through workspace membership, approval state and explicit grants.

When you send feedback, Xainvault associates the message with your account and active vault so the team can reply. If you leave technical context enabled, the message may also include the current app path without search parameters, browser identification, deployment version and a bounded error reference. The form does not automatically attach screenshots, files, skill packages, access keys or other form values.

Operational logs and audit events may be used to secure the product, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse and maintain reliable access to approved releases.

This policy may be updated as the product, Team Vault controls and Enterprise Vault controls evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
