Terms of Service
A concise base for how users should use Xainvault and manage private skill access.
Using Xainvault
Xainvault provides tools to import, review, approve, organize and grant access to private AI skill packages. Users are responsible for using the service lawfully and in line with their workspace policies.
Workspace content
Customers and users remain responsible for the skill packages, source materials, metadata and assets they import. Do not import content you do not have the right to use.
Access grants
Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for granting access only to the users, teams and connected agents that should receive approved skills.
Product changes
Features, limits, integrations and access methods may change as Xainvault evolves. The product should continue to preserve the core model of private vaults, approved releases and scoped agent access.
Updates
These terms may be updated as features, integrations, billing, support and Enterprise controls evolve.
