Personal Vaults

Every account has a free Personal Vault for private skills and agent connections. Creating a Team Vault does not move or delete personal data.

Enterprise visibility policy

Enterprise starts with Hide Personal Vaults enabled. While it is enabled, every Enterprise member sees only the Enterprise Vault, whether they sign in with SSO, Google or email/password.

The Personal Vault is not deleted or transferred. It is hidden from the web and MCP workspace lists, and its direct MCP keys and hosted connector selection are suspended by authorization. Existing skills, versions, keys and settings remain stored.

Only an Enterprise owner can change this policy in Settings → Security → Personal Vault visibility. Xainvault shows the access consequences and asks for confirmation before applying either direction. If the owner allows Personal Vaults again, or the person leaves the Enterprise membership, the Personal Vault and its connections reappear without data loss. Enterprise governance policies do not automatically apply to personal content after it becomes visible again.
